Our Goal
At the Cannabis Resource Centre, our goal is to provide our patients with the highest level of medical care and a better quality of life through the use of cannabis as medicine. The physicians who work with the Cannabis Resource Centre are dedicated to helping patients find effective treatment for chronic and serious illnesses through the use of cannabis prescriptions and medical marijuana. How can I schedule an appointment with CRC Québec?
Go to the Apply Now tab and complete and submit the patient application form. A staff member will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application and how to obtain the necessary medical records to determine your eligibility to possess marijuana for medical purposes.
What are the next steps?
Once we receive your medical records, they will be processed by CRC Québec staff. This can take up to two weeks. A CRC Québec staff member will contact you by phone. If your medical records are satisfactory for a medical review, a 5-7 minute interview will be conducted. Your medical records and your answers to the CRC Québec staff's questions will be forwarded to one of CRC Québec's affiliated physicians for review. The physician's review will determine your eligibility for an appointment. Appointments are granted only to patients whose medical records indicate they have a valid medical reason to use marijuana. Qualified applicants will be processed in the order their records are received and reviewed.
